ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) announces a free Summer Drone Training for rising high school juniors and seniors, expecting to take them to higher heights. This hands-on, experiential learning opportunity will provide participants with drone engineering and operation basics designed to take their interests in technology to higher heights.

Students will spend a week immersed in drone technology and learn valuable skills that can open new industry opportunities. The training will take place from July 8-12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in Room 220 of Dixon Hall at ECSU.

Every participant will gain valuable knowledge and have a chance to leave with prizes. Lunch will be provided on campus to ensure participants can focus on learning and networking with peers during the training.
