Elevated Game Day Experience

Members at this level have made transformative gifts to Elizabeth City State University totaling $5,000 level and above as of June 30, 2023. The university is grateful for gifts made by these esteemed alumni, friends, and organizations. Alumni, friends, and organizations at this level will receive a special invitation to the “Viking Tent” at the Down East Viking Football Classic (DEVFC).

In addition, these donors, with an RSVP will receive game tickets and parking passes to another designated game.

Donors that are invited to the “Viking Tent” at the DEVFC will:

• Be granted access to the “Viking Tent” located in the tailgating area at the DEVFC where refreshments will be provided.

Donors who RSVP for the designated game will:

• Experience the game in a climate-controlled environment offering panoramic views from the rooftop of the private luxury sky box.  
• ​Access to a private restroom and many other luxury appointments including flat-screen televisions, catered food, beverages, as well as ECSU paraphernalia.
• VIP entry access to Roebuck Stadium including game tickets and a parking pass.
• An opportunity to meet the Chancellor.
• A visit from Vyck the Viking and cheerleaders.

Donor’s choice of two games.

Elizabeth City State University extends its gratitude to this premier group of alumni, friends, and organizations in recognition of their gifts totaling $1,000 - $4,999 as of June 30, 2023. Gifts at this level provide fundamental support for the university’s mission as an economic engine for Eastern North Carolina.

Donors at the $1,000 - $4,999 level will receive a special invitation to the “Trophy Suite” and the experience will include:

• Experiencing the game in a climate-controlled environment which offers Viking fans an engaging experience by viewing the action through the panoramic windows or from the rooftop of the private luxury sky box.  
• ​Access to a private restroom and many other luxury appointments, including flat-screen televisions, catered food, beverages as well as ECSU paraphernalia.
• VIP entry to Roebuck Stadium including game tickets and a parking pass.
• An opportunity to meet the Chancellor.
• A Visit from Vyck the Viking and cheerleaders.

• All ECSU home games except for Down East Viking Football Classic and Homecoming Game.

 

 

Donors are advised to follow the instructions on the emailed invitation. While the university will make every effort to accommodate your preference, ultimately the Division of Advancement will make the final decision on which game you will be selected for based on RSVPs and space capacity per game.
