Below is a policy template for Elizabeth City State University policies. This template should be used for all newly adopted policies. Should you have any questions, please contact the Office of Legal Affairs.
NOTICE:
The UNC Board of Governors and UNC System President have recently promulgated a variety of updates to UNC System policies, regulations, and guidelines (“UNC Policies”). ECSU is working diligently to update its Policies, Rules and Regulations contained in its online Policy Manual for compliance with UNC Policies. In the event of a conflict between any ECSU adopted Policy, Regulation, or Rule and UNC Policies, UNC Policies shall control.
