What We Do
The Student Accounts office oversees a wide range of financial services, including:
- Billing student tuition and fees
- Processing payments and payment plans
- Managing adjustments and account updates
- Issuing refunds and disbursements
- Coordinating centralized receipting for the university
- Supporting tax reporting (Form 1098-T)
- Providing access to account information and billing statements
ECSU utilizes Touchnet services to manage online payments, payment plans, direct deposits for refunds, and electronic billing communications.
Supporting Student Success
The office plays a critical role in helping students stay on track financially by:
- Assisting with payment options and plans
- Helping students clear financial holds for registration
- Guiding students through the billing and clearance process
- Offering support for financial aid-related account activity
Students can access their account status, billing details, and financial clearance information through the Self-Service Banner (SSB) system.
