Honors Lists
Chancellor’s List
Students must meet the following criteria to be named to the Chancellor’s List:
- Carried 12 semester hours or more and
- Earned a semester grade point average of 3.75 or above, with no grade lower than “B”.
Dean’s List
Students must meet the following criteria to be named to the Dean’s List:
- Carried 12 semester hours or more and
- Earned a semester grade point average of 3.5 to 3.74, with no grade lower than “C”.
Honor Roll
Students must meet the following criteria to be named to the Honor Roll:
- Carried 12 semester hours or more and
- Earned a semester grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49, with no grade lower than “C”.
Viking Scholars List
Students must meet the following criteria to be named to the Viking Scholars List:
- Part-time student
- Carried between 6-11 semester hours (Fall and Spring terms only)
- Earned a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above, with no grades lower than “B”.
- No Incomplete grades, withdrawals of any type, or Pass/Fail grades.
