Dine On Campus.
Dining Services strives to provide students with the most economical and flexible meal program possible. You can use the meal portion of your meal plan from the first day the residence halls open until the last day residence halls close. Viking Bucks funds are valid for use each semester after the drop/add period has ended.

Viking Den Dining Hall
The new 20,000 SF dining hall serves as a vibrant central hub for students. This state-of-the-art facility will offer diverse dining options, featuring a full-service kitchen and flexible seating arrangements. Students can look forward to a seamless dining experience with upgraded, open seating and modernized lighting. The new dining hall will boast a variety of food stations, including specialized areas for homestyle cuisine, Mongolian, rotating specialty cuisines, pizza, salad bar, vegan options, made-to-order deli, and desserts. This innovative space is designed to enhance community engagement and provide a dynamic culinary experience.

The new Viking Express (P.O.D. Market) located in the Ridley Student Center is your go-to spot for quick and convenient campus essentials. Stocked with student favorites, The Viking Express offers a wide selection of grab ‘n go sandwiches, snacks, candy, chips, and bottled beverages—perfect for fueling up between classes or during late-night study sessions. Whether you’re in a rush or just need a quick bite, Viking Express has you covered.
